Goods
Utica 23rd Sept 1818
Dear Sir,
Mr. [Vern Hartford?] was unsuccessful at Geneva the goods at that place are therefore held under the attachment. I think there you ought immediately to have the goods in Madison sold on your ten thousand dollar execution - and have a new one issued to the county of Ontario. There are goods at Penfield belonging to [Keith?] + Loulden. They are also attached. Should your successor find it necessary to enter judgment on your twenty five thousand dollar judgment, [stain?] an execution on that judgment might be sent to Ontario + one to Oneida.
Peace be with you
Yours Sincerely,
Daniel Cady
